We use channelized T1's from different CLEC's... one an ESS, the other, DMS. On both the SX2000 and 200, there is an additional delay of about 2-4 seconds for call connect (dialling the same numbers - local, ld) when the call is routed out the T1 connected to the DMS.
Someone had mentioned at one time that they recall a tech bulletin from Mitel to get rid of the additional delay... any help would be appreciated!
