Panasonic TES824 Tech question


Can any of this groups highly skilled members please assist me with a technical problem we are having with out panasonic TES824 telephone system.

We are using it with an automated attendant card.

Eeverything is working fine, caller selects 1, 2 or 3 for require dept and then gets placed on hold awaiting next available operator.

The problem we have is that the caller gets disconnected after 4 minutes.

Does anybody now how to either increase this period (via maintenance console) or set to contual loop so caller does not get disconnected.
