Can some one please hellp me with this? I have been tring to do this for a while now Any kind of help wil be greatly appreciated.
I am trying to change my extention number. The number I am using right now is a DID number but i want to change to a different DID number. I change the DNS from old to new DNS but this only changed the internal calls. The external calls coming in only recieved the old extention number. I looked at almost every setting and it all points to the new extention, but the phone still only excepts externall calls from the old number. xxx-XXXX.
