I need to get the error log out of a Partner Messaging R6 module. I can log in ok via rs232 as system administrator, but the error log is supposedly only available on the "service technician" menu. That menu requires a separate login id. Can anyone tell me what that should be? (I already have the password which is the same as the sysadmin), I just don't have the login id.
