Eau Claire (WQOW) - Some AT&T and Charter customers in the Chippewa Valley say they are having phone troubles and not able to make or receive certain phone calls.
Some AT&T callers say they can't get through to Charter customers, but Charter customers can get through to AT&T callers.
The problem impacts both landlines and cell phones.
