What's Historic?

This item forwarded from another list (and which apparently originated in a newspaper) calls Basking Ridge "historic."

To many of us 195 Broadway would be historic. Basking Ridge was a johnny-come-lately and I remember the panic among Manhattan workers and how AT&T held driving lessons for employees from NYC.
