If your cellphone has a camera, use that. "They" can't necessarily prove that you are taking pictures, since you could always claim that you were simply looking at the display screen of your cellphone to scroll down the list of stored phone numbers, or the list of recent incoming/outgoing calls. I take all kinds of pictures that way!
