DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is notifying the community that there is a phone service outage affecting customers in the Yoncalla, Drain, Elkton, Scottsburg and Ash Valley areas.
The outage may prevent residents in those areas from dialing 911 from their landline telephones.
