I've been having trouble reaching Google Voice ever since Sandy passed by. When I dial "my" Google Voice TN, which usually gets me a computerized voice that tells me if I have messages, I'm hearing an ATB recording instead.
Has anyone else been having trouble?

Yes, GV seems to be having multiple issues. Many appear to be the CLEC's failures. You may have better results by going to the GV page and playing your messages from there.
