WARREN, Ohio - Trumbull County 911 is back to normal and functioning properly after experiencing problems from an outage of CenturyLink services.
The service was restored around 9 pm Thursday night.
Ernie Cook, Trumbull County 911 Director, told 21 News that an outage of CenturyLink phone and internet services caused problems in which dispatchers were not able to immediately access callers' phone numbers or locations.
