The U.S. Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia late last week denied petitions for changes to the FCC's framework regarding the 2016 broadcast incentive auctions.
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) last year filed a challenge to the FCC's chosen methodology for predicting TV coverage area and population, claiming it could result in broadcasters losing ground during the auction's reassignment and repacking process.
