CenturyLink service disruption one of several that's impacted state phones in Oregon [telecom]

SALEM, Ore. - The Federal Communications Commission is investigating a national CenturyLink outage that's impacting phone and internet customers in Oregon and Washington.

Oregon's state government is also having problems with the company's phone service as it has several times in the past.
