For several months I have been receiving a 15 digit number in the Name field of my CID. The first charactor is always a "V" and the telephone number is always traceable to a telemarketer. I assume that Verizon is adding this into the name field they transmit for CID but don't know why. It might be that Verizon is identifying telemarketers and is adding this coded name to the CID data.
