Thanks for the info.. that was what I needed. The link to the ATA manual was very helpful, Carl. The phone I was testing with doesn't have a LINK key, but FLASH seemed to work as the manual said. Piclover, I'm glad you reminded me about the line assignments. I could call out but couldn't answer a call until I took care of that. I appreciate the assistance from all of you. Leon
