We are running Signalling Server with communication Server rls 3.0
We will monitor the IP Phones through the Telnet Session of Signaling Server Tracelog. But the telnet session is timed out every 15 minutes.
Can anyone help me to increase the Idle Timer to a higher value, so that the relogin time will be increased.
