Trying to get alarm sent out through SNMP traps, We have Option11 minis and Option11C on release 3, the alarms aren't being sent throught the SNMP traps. We have a few systems on release 4 and the SNMP trapsworks fine for the alarms. Does any one know if this is a problem or what the setup would be?

Try setting the OPEN_ALARM parameters in LD 117...
i've also had this issue with systems running rel3. i've found that rel3 won't report standard SNMP like uptime but the rel4 system will. you can also check in LD117 that rel4 have more SNMP commands than rel3.
although, i've found that if you set the suppress_alarm and open_alarm correctly you will get the system messages
