We are interested in having an answering service answer our calls and transfer the caller back into our voicemail. Is there a way to use Feature 980 remotely? Basically there are 15 voicemail boxes and we'd like them to be able to call one of our numbers and send the caller directly to voicemail.
Is this possible?
