Anyone ever seen this?
On my agent displays, they should get Skillset Name and Queue time on the first row, and CLID and Rte-Trk on row 2. First row works fine, and the CLID comes through, but instead of Route and Trunk, I get "469469", everytime. 469 is not defined anywhere in the switch, or anywhere else for that matter.
