OTM 2.00 - wont work on Win 2000 SP4 - getting upgrade

Got a copy of OTM v2.00 and it wont install properly on a Windows 2000 Server machine with SP4 installed. Looking at this NG it seems that it not supported.



However, it seems that when I try to download a later version from the Nortel website it requires a licenced user. Seems a bit strange - is there any way around this?

You must purchase an upgrade to OTM 3.0 , as it is the current version. Contact your maintenance vendor.

Install OTM on Win 2000 SP3 (if you can find it). After the install is complete, run SP4 on the server.
