I'm trying to access the system coordinator mailbox to do a VM backup but am having an issue..
From what I am reading the coordinator mailbox number should bx 12xxxx where xxx is the number of digits in your extensions.. I have 3 digits so mine should be: 120 password 0000 (I don't recall changing it).
I try: FEATURE 983
And I get: NOT ALLOWED EXIT
Any ideas? If I do like 1201111 I get "INVALID PASSWORD".
flip the 0 and 2 and you should be fine. 102xxxx.
Hrmm.. ok things now look better.... but still no go.
So I do feature 983.. enter the system coordinator login and password and get the:
Admin MBOX AA OTHR
screen.... as per the instructions (to backup the NAM) I hit 22 but I get:
2 - Bilingual: N CHNG/NEXT And hitting the second 2 does nothing.. eh?Have something to add? Share your thoughts — no account required.
