nortel contivity branch office vpn problem

hi i=E1m trying to set up a vpn tunnel between contivity 1740 in the center and some cisco 837 and nortel contivity 1100. i get this error message can some one help

Just my kneejerk guess would be incompatible hardware. I believe the Cisco

830 series of VPN routers may use a Cisco-proprietary pass of IPSEC. Certainly their EZVPN client is Cisco proprietary.

You are wrong, there's proven interoperability with both equipments, what type of authentication and encryption are you using, are yopu behind nat, are you using sha1, diffie hellman g2 ?
