New to nortel looking to learn

I have taken over a job as a Network Adminitrator and am in charge of the phoone system also. We have a Nortel Meridian phone system and I'm looking for any self training resources any has; suchas websites books training cd's etc. I've been able to do everything I have need from the programing books we have here, but it has been slow and tediuos. I like to have a greater knowledge of the system to speed things up, so it doesn't take me three hours to make a simple change.
