I am looking for an explanation to the internal call flow from the point of view of the call registers in the meridian, I understand the way a call follows thorugh the various loads, but am interested more on the physical processes that occur,
We are trying to put together a presentation to explain the call flow in simple terms to the call centre managment staff, but we would like to understand things more in depth first.
