Hi all,



GHTROUT mentioned the INT_DATA information in another post. Out of curiosity, I printed the INT_DATA for the Option 61C we have at this site. I inherited the switch from another admin and am new to this, so I'm not sure how to read the INT_DATA below:

This is pretty much a quote from the books:

Intercept treatments determine the action performed when a user makes an invalid call. Each intercept prompt requires four entries representing the type call:

first column = station/DISA second column = attendant extended third column = TIE trunk fourth column = CCSA/DID trunk

One of the following responses is required for each entry:

ATN = Intercept to Attendant BSY = Busy Tone NAP = Not Applicable OVF = Overflow Tone RAN = Intercept to Recorded Announcement
