I have to build a Nortel EDS Server for the CS2100 Platform and If anyone who has done this that can share some insights, do's and dont's etc. I have very little information on this , other than a list of requirements as follows: So I am building a server with the below specifications.
- Solaris 8.x or higher or Linux Red Hat 7.3 or higher
- Hard drive minimum 160GB
- GCC: C++ (Version 3.3.2 or above) and compiler
- Make (GNU make 3.80 or above)
- Korn Shell
- Perl 5.0 or above
- SSH Client and Server (Supports protocols version 2)
- FTP
- Telnet
