I am having issues connecting to this switch.

And it will just not connect. I connect the cables, turn the switch on and try to connect and nothing, hit enter a few times still nothing.
I have hyperterminal, hyperaccess..still does not work.
Any ideas?
Paul: using Hyperterminal I have my flow control set to XON/xOFF. if that does not work I would take a look at the cable you are using to connect.
