We have Two offices at Two different locations, both places are using Linux. we have a common web server for both places, so I need to run VPN to access different location machines (mainly some web pahes), any opensourced VPN available (VPN server and client just like commercial VPN client.

Purchase VPN devices, don't mess with a soft solution, just get a small VPN appliance, install it as both sides, make life simple.
