Watchguard firebox x1000 hangs frequently

We are using a Watchguard Firebox x1000 firewall for our web site. For last a few months, it keeps hang. When it hangs our web users experience "Page cannot be displayed" error. We have to reboot the firewall in this case. Have talked to Watchguard technical support team in India for a few months and made many changes to the firewall configuration but nothing has been concluded. Can anyone give me any clue about this?

Are you using a DSL connection with PPOE setup?

Do you have the DSL in bridge mode?

Are you using a T1?

Are you using a static IP?

What firmware are you running?

What inbound HTTP rule are you using?

Have you posted your issue in the WatchGuard support forums where other users can see and help?

Problems can be:

1.Internet Speed 2.Concurrent sessions 3.Translation table 4.Upload/Download
  1. ACLs applied

Look in to thismay be you can get the solution

Could also consider temperature, fluctuating power, stopped internal fans.

Have a simple eyedrop on the power supply and fans i've had so many such nasty surprises !
