I recently installed the ATT U-Verse system which has a 2wire RG with a FW[hard] router. I had been using an older version of ZA FW[soft] with dialup and then HSI adsl with a "single device router" Siemans SpeedStream4100 that was supposed to NAPT the pc. With the HSI the ZA would register many hits on the FW. The new setup with the 2wire RG registers no hits in the log.
Should I abandon the ZA and put all faith in the RG or keep the ZA running in order to control program access to Internet? Is it bad to run more than one FW when one is a hard FW and the other a soft FW?
