Sonicwall VPN disconnecting from exchange

Hi,

I wonder can you offer a few suggestions. I have a laptop which connects through a sonicwall VPN. The problem is that it keeps disconnecting from the exchange server. When it does this the internet connection is fine and the VPN connection actually stays connected. I've replaced the firewall in the remote site. Also, the VPN works for other remote users so it is hardly the sonicwall at the main office. I have tried disabling dead pear detection. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
