My agency has a Sonicwall Pro that I want to set up as a backup. It came from another company in our corporate organization, but they are no longer managing it so cannot transfer it to us. It is working with the FW it has (6.4.0.x), but I would like to bring it to the latest version if possible.

I don't think you're going to get anyone to give you a legal copy, if that's what you're asking.
You'll have to contact Sonicwall and pay for the firmware, if you want to upgrade to the latest version.
