The problem is with Ipcop 1.4.10 I have tried to qualify the proxy on port
800 (not in transparent modality) and setting up the browser and it works perfectly subsequently I have installed the advanced proxy setting up the Users in order to create rules. Internet access it asks me to authenticate itself. The problem is that ipcop continues to work as normally router, when browser is set normaly in the browser bypass restrictions user I would have need of some council on like avoiding this.Many Thanks Mario Musumeci
