Iptables and printer server

Hi guy,

first of all sorry for my poor english :).

I have a problem with my iptables firewall. I have 2 lan:

- clan1 (ethernet) where there are my desktop

- wilan a wifi lan where there are only 3 printers made accessible via special hardware that connect the printer to the wifi lan.

clan1 have this ip range 192.168.0.x/24 wilan have this ip ip range 192.168.3.x/24

the 2 lan are connected using a firewall implemented on a slackware using iptables.

This is the problem:

i want cut all the unnecessary traffic from the wilan to the clan1 but if i don't allow all tcp and udp traffic from the wilan to the clan1 I'm unable to print....

The printers are not network printer they are configured on the client (win xp) as normal printer the wireless printer server (a special hardware that connect the printer to the wilan) do the rest.

Some ideas?

Thanks guy and sorry again for my poor english.

Bye.
