Does anyone have or know where I can find the pinout diagram for Seastar Optics' TD-6000 Laser Diode Current/Temperature Controller? I've already talked to JDS Uniphase (who bought out SDL Optics who bought out Seastar Optics). They were unable to help me. The TD-6000 is being hooked up to a 5W 808nm Fiber-coupled laser module. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are probably out of luck. Seastar is "old" tech. We have a couple of Seastar lasers gathering dust on our shelves but no controllers. You should be able to ring out the connector, i.e. fiddle with the controls and see what changes on which pin on the connector. You should find 4 pairs of pins tied together if they are anything like the ILX controllers. This can easily be seen if you take the connector casing off.
