Why do you think you need 4mm diameter? You realize that's a glass rod, not a fiber, don't you?
What I was hoping for was something plastic or bundle. The pickup area on 900nm pin diode is about 4mm square I just need a 100mm "goose neck" extension to inhibit RF pickup. I did not know if I can plastic injection mold (solid) or bundle fibers. Cheap is also needed because it will be a freebe. Thanks, Ray
