I want to document my home network and have the capability to change diagrams as the network grows and changes. What is the best program to use for this? I'm really looking for a FREE program, but would be willing to pay some money if the quality is significantly better.

I used to use Power Point before Visio, so you can use the Presentation Tool of OpenOffice.
