Hi, We are checking different solutions for VOIP. It seems Cisco is one of the most expensive ones. I checked different documents and options to justify this difference in cost but couldnt come up with strong reasons. Can someone tel me why I should pick Cisco VOIP solution? and if there is any comparison available between Cisco and for example Mitel? Thanks for any help.Rob

Hi Rob, Full disclosure, I work for Mitel and wanted to respond to your call for assistance.
