I have 7960 phones updated to the latest firmware (POS3-08-2-00). Any time I try to load an XML page on the phone with a (which according to all documentation I've seen from Cisco is valid) I get a CMXML parse error.
Anyone else experienced problems with SoftKeyItem not working at all?
