We have a program that uses socks5 to connect outside our network. Last Wednesday our ISP had issues and the WAN was down for about 3 minutes. Since then this program cannot connect to (where ever it goes). We have taken the PC out of our network and it does work, so something is blocking it (even though nothing has changed from when it works)
In the network event viewer it says: "1176868 Error 12/17/2007 16:10:34.491 SOCKS
