We have a package for 256k/128k, we built the configuration files and started deploying it. The other day a customer calls complaining his speed is not as fast as his neighbors, we explained the difference and had him do a speed test.
His 256k connection is consistently pulling down 1.5m, and its not just his, it is all of the 256k modems.
We are stumped as to why. If anyone could shed any light--thanks in advance.
