I have all vlans default gateway as the core switch, the core switch routes 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 to the pix. I have ISA in use for all users except one Vlan that isnt using the proxy for internet connections. I cant find the piece of the config that allows this. I dont know how they are getting around it, and the last engineer left

Allows what? Users to use the internet without going through the proxy?
Can you post the pix config?
I also do not understand what is the problem? mybe you have proxy settings wrong for those that do not use isa?
