pix aaa authentication feature

running 6.3(4)

this command was causing a login dialog to come up. but, after replacing the local ip it stopped working. reverting to the original local ip still not working. completely removing and re-adding original working command line still not working.

aaa authentication include http outside x.x.x.x 255.255.255.255 0.0.0.0

0.0.0.0 LOCAL

trying to avoid a reboot if possible.
