This is a new install, I'm running PIX 501 6.3(5) and I'm trying to VPN in with the Windows XP client. I'm able to connect to the PIX but I can't see the inside network even if I try to ping I get no response. Can someone tell me what I might be missing or provide an example on how to setup Windows XP and the PIX 501 so I can VPN.
I configured VPN using the PIX PDM then I went to the CLI and enter these commands.
fixup protocol pptp 1723 sysopt connection permit-pptp
