NAT on both interfaces. PIX

Hi all,

I'm facing a problem with a VPN between one 525 and one 515.

I know very well 525's configuration but not the 515's one as I don't manage that.

The other network administrator told me he makes nat on the inside as well the outside interface. I haven't had access to the entire config file of the other side, but why having NAT on both interfaces? He tried to explain me but I understood a bit. Do you have a sample explaining this?

Thanks, Alex.

P.S. Obviously I'm trying to troubleshoot problems with a VPN built between two PIXes. Traffic flowing from 525 to 515 let the tunnel to go up but (when the tunnel is down) the opposite is not true.
