Multicast woes

CORE2#sh ip mfib 192.168.31.10 239.199.3.1 IP Multicast Forwarding Information Base Entry Flags: C - Directly Connected, S - Signal, IC - Internal Copy Interface Flags: A - Accept, F - Forward, S - Signal IC - Internal Copy, NP - Not Platform fast-switched Packets: Fast/Partial/Slow Bytes: Fast/Partial/Slow (192.168.31.10, 239.199.3.1), flags () Packets: 2541978/0/1, Bytes: 620895591/0/311 FastEthernet3/48 (A) Vlan30 (F S)

A few seconds later:-

CORE2#sh ip mfib 192.168.31.10 239.199.3.1 Packets: 2542018/0/1, Bytes: 620905501/0/311

So we are sending traffic.

On the other end of Vlan 30 is:-

CORE1#sh ip mfib 192.168.31.10 239.199.3.1 IP Multicast Forwarding Information Base Entry Flags: C - Directly Connected, S - Signal, IC - Internal Copy Interface Flags: A - Accept, F - Forward, S - Signal IC - Internal Copy, NP - Not Platform fast-switched Packets: Fast/Partial/Slow Bytes: Fast/Partial/Slow (192.168.31.10, 239.199.3.1), flags () Packets: 11/0/0, Bytes: 3495/0/0 Vlan64 (F S) Vlan30 (S) Vlan32 (F S) CORE1#

This one has NO "Interface Flags: A - Accept" interface.

We look OK as far as I can see but it is NOT working.

CORE1#sh ip mrou 192.168.31.10 239.199.3.1 IP Multicast Routing Table Flags: D - Dense, S - Sparse, B - Bidir Group, s - SSM Group, C - Connected, L - Local, P - Pruned, R - RP-bit set, F - Register flag, T - SPT-bit set, J - Join SPT, M - MSDP created entry, X - Proxy Join Timer Running, A - Candidate for MSDP Advertisement, U - URD, I - Received Source Specific Host Report, Z - Multicast Tunnel Y - Joined MDT-data group, y - Sending to MDT-data group Outgoing interface flags: H - Hardware switched Timers: Uptime/Expires Interface state: Interface, Next-Hop or VCD, State/Mode

Each (routing) interface has:-

ip pim query-interval 1 ip pim sparse-mode

We are also for some reason running msdp between all of the 7 routers in a full mesh although we have only a single ospf area.

I tried clear ip mroute 239.199.3.1 on Core1.

Ideas?
