LSAs accross WAN links in OSPF

Cisco C is connected to Cisco B via a small WAN link, I though this design would eliminate LSA advertisement accross that link but when I tested this in lab, CiscoA still get routes for 192.168.60.x network via Cisco B

is this expected or are wan links being flooded? here is sh ip ospf n from cisco B
