Hi,
I have Cisco uBR7114E working as CMTS. I use external DHCP server which is plugged in to same switch with CMTS. CMTS is set to bridge all the connections.
However, I have a problem that cable modem users can create their own DHCP server, which starts to serve other cable modem hosts/users and ignore our legimit DHCP server.
Is there a command which would filter DHCP server traffic from the cable modems and only allow my external server work as real DHCP server?
