Configuring Cisco 2821 with S/T modules in Malaysia PJ using ISDN BRI from Telekom Malaysia

Dear Experts,

we are using Cisco 2821 installed with S/T BRI modules and DSP. We have subscribed to the ISDN BRI services from Telekom Malaysia. We would like to use the ISDN BRI to setup voice gateway to use Cisco IP telephony (Cisco IP phone 7941, cisco IP phone 7961 and Cisco 7936).

Any experts kind enough to share what is the Telekom Malaysia's Exchange configuration to match with what we need to set in the router?
