Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. Full paper must be submitted (Abstracts are not acceptable). Submitted paper should no t exceed 15 pages, including illustrations. Papers must be without page num bers. All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized ref erees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. A ccepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Best papers awards will be distributed during the conference.
