complete implementation of a converged network infrastructure

Hi folks

I am looking for a complete implementation (description, case study, proposal) of a converged networking infrastructure (VoIP, data) for a mid size community (100-500 people), with up to 5 buildings maybe separated by 3-4 miles and using low cost Cisco equipment. With all the equipment listed. I don=B4t need the project to be exactly the same but it would help a lot if it=B4s similar.
